Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I have always been fairly trim, but hated exercise. After having two kids, my pants were getting tight and uncomfortable, and I started having to wear really flowy shirts. I knew I needed to make a change and get my body back.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
Last summer was the first time I didn’t feel comfortable in a two-piece bikini. I wanted my pre-kids, beach body back!
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program help you overcome that challenge?
I have always hated working out. TurboFire was fun and Chalene made me want to work out every day. Once I started seeing results, there was no stopping me!
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
Charlene’s encouragement throughout the workouts always kept me going. She promised results if I was willing to work for it, and she was right! The music is fun, and the variety in the choreography was never boring.
Describe the results you achieved with your weight loss program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I’ve lost 23 pounds and can see abs. My body has never looked this good. At 33, I’m now the same weight I was in high school, but a pant size smaller because it’s all muscle.
How has your life changed since completing your diet and workout program?
I now work out every day and *gasp* enjoy it! I’m super excited to be starting PiYo on Monday!
