Jamie Allfrey lost 23 lbs. in 90 days of a kickboxing home workout program exercise and diet plan!

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I have always been fairly trim, but hated exercise. After having two kids, my pants were getting tight and uncomfortable, and I started having to wear really flowy shirts. I knew I needed to make a change and get my body back.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
Last summer was the first time I didn’t feel comfortable in a two-piece bikini. I wanted my pre-kids, beach body back!

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program help you overcome that challenge?
I have always hated working out. TurboFire was fun and Chalene made me want to work out every day. Once I started seeing results, there was no stopping me!

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
Charlene’s encouragement throughout the workouts always kept me going. She promised results if I was willing to work for it, and she was right! The music is fun, and the variety in the choreography was never boring.


Describe the results you achieved with your weight loss program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I’ve lost 23 pounds and can see abs. My body has never looked this good. At 33, I’m now the same weight I was in high school, but a pant size smaller because it’s all muscle.

How has your life changed since completing your diet and workout program?
I now work out every day and *gasp* enjoy it! I’m super excited to be starting PiYo on Monday!

3 Day Diet Menu Plan
The Military Diet, or the 3 day diet, is a fast way to lose up to 10 pounds a week. The Military Diet plan is detailed below. If you want to keep losing weight on your days off too, here’s a menu plan to help you plan your 4 days OFF the Military diet: 1500 calorie diet plan. 


 
Drinks:
Water is the best thing you can drink on the Military Diet. So drink as much as you can! Artificial sweeteners aren’t good for you or your blood sugar, so try to avoid them. Read more about artificial sweeteners. You can also drink as much caffeine free herbal tea as you want, but only use Stevia as a sweetener.


For coffee addicts: We really love (need) coffee too, so we understand why everyone has questions about coffee on the Military Diet! Caffeine withdrawal is no fun, especially when you’re already on a low calorie diet. So here’s some good news… Black coffee has less than 5 calories per cup, so if you need to sneak in a cup here and there, just cut out the equivalent calories elsewhere. Do not add cream and sugar. You can add Stevia if you like. You’re welcome…
